| ARMSTRONG, BRITISH COLUMBIA - GWR Resources Inc. is pleased to announce continued strong demand for its private placement announced for $450,000 on October 23, 2009 and increased to $550,000 on November 2, 2009. Accordingly, a decision has been made to increase the private placement by $200,000 for a total private placement of up to $750,000 on the terms previously announced. The proceeds of this private placement will mostly be used for expenditures relating to the Company's copper-gold property near Lac La Hache, B.C.
