| ARMSTRONG, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- GWR Resources Inc. is pleased to announce strong demand for its $450,000 private placement announced on October 23, 2009. Accordingly, a decision has been made to increase the private placement by $100,000 for a total private placement of up to $550,000 on the terms previously announced. The proceeds of this private placement will mostly be used for expenditures relating to the Company's copper-gold property near Lac La Hache, B.C.
