(the "Company") (TSX Venture: GWQ) announces that it has been sued by the consulting company of its former geologist, David Bailey, in respect of the Company refusing to pay Mr. Bailey's final accounts. The Company has no intention of paying these accounts and will defend vigorously against Mr. Bailey's claim. In addition, the Company is consulting legal counsel in respect of a counter claim.
