| Irvin Eisler President, C.E.O., C.F.O., and Director Mr. Eisler founded GWR in 1987 and has been a director and held various executive officer positions since 1987. He was previously a founder and operator of Northland Commercial Sales and Services for over 15 years. It was a private company in the business of heavy construction equipment sales and service and had as many as 150 employees. Mr. Eisler also founded and operated First International Ventures for over 15 years. It was a private company in the business of land acquisition and development. Earlier in his career, Mr. Eisler worked in various aspects of the oilfield for over 20 years. | |
| Harley Sinclair LL.B. Executive Vice President Mr. Sinclair has been GWR's Executive Vice President since 2009. Previously, he was Corporate Secretary since 1996 and legal counsel for over 15 years. He is a practicing lawyer who largely restricts his practice to securities and corporate finance. He is also the CEO, CFO, and President of TSX Venture listed EnCap Investments Inc. | |
| Rob Shives P.Geo. Vice President of Exploration and Director Mr. Shives has been a director of GWR since 2009 and was previously a member of GWR's Advisory Board since 2007. He is a geologist with over 30 years post-graduate (Carleton, 1979) experience in private exploration and public sectors, in a variety of gold (vein, porphyry and epithermal) and uranium environments, with emphasis on application of gamma-ray spectrometric techniques to geological mapping and practical exploration for a wide variety of commodities. As Head of the Radiation Geophysics Section, Mineral Resources Division, Geological Survey of Canada (1998 to 2007), Rob managed Section activities including the National Gamma-Ray Spectrometry Program (NATGAM), to ensure ongoing collection of high quality, public domain airborne and ground gamma ray spectrometric data over Canada's landmass. This work included airborne and ground survey design, contract preparation//supervision, data compilation, interpretation and field spectrometric studies in and outside Canada to further develop case histories in established and new geological settings. Rob has presented successful applications as numerous formal published papers, short courses, talks and posters, worldwide. He has been very actively promoting practical application of airborne gamma ray/mag surveys in BC for over 15 years and left GSC in 2007 to start a new consulting firm GamX Inc., to provide clients with interpretation/application of gamma spectrometric and magnetic surveys, training, workshops, and field follow-up supervision. Prior to joining GWR's Advisory Board, Rob worked closely with GWR's field geological team to design the 2005 airborne gamma ray/mag survey of GWR's Lac La Hache Property and to compile and interpret results in the context of a potentially large porphyry Cu-Au system, similar to many of the known deposits throughout BC's prolific Quesnel Trough. | |
| Doug James Director Mr. James has been a director of GWR since 1987. He is the Vice-President and General Manager of Lance Bissett Ltd., a private company with over 50 employees. He has served in the past as a director on numerous boards. | |
| Dale Reimer Director Mr. Reimer has been a director of GWR since 2004. He has been employed by TSX listed Imperial Metals Corp. and its subsidiaries since 1991, most recently as Purchasing Superintendent. |
