GWR Resources

GWR Resources Inc. is a Canadian junior exploration company focused on exploration for gold and other valuable mineral deposits in Canada. The Company was incorporated in British Columbia and trades on the TSX Venture Exchange (Symbol: GWQ). GWR's experienced management and technical teams are committed to establishing the existence of mineable gold, copper, magnetite and possibly other metals within these highly prospective areas. GWR has two very prospective properties, both having excellent infrastructure, located near townsites with a skilled workforce, rail, road and power capacity.

Lac La Hache: Our flagship project is the Lac La Hache porphyry copper-gold-silver/skarn copper-magnetite-gold-silver property located within the Quesnel Trough in British Columbia, the largest porphyry trend in Canada. The Property contains numerous drilled prospects including two mineralized zones with (non-43-101 compliant) estimated reserves. In 2012, GWR expanded the project to nearly 36,000 hectares. The property is situated between producing mines at Imperial Metals' Mt. Polley Copper-Gold Mine and New Gold Inc.'s New Afton Copper-Gold project (Teck-Cominco's legendary Afton mine). Drilling is ongoing for the purposes of expanding existing mineralized zones and discovering new zones. Current focus on development of mineable skarn Cu-magnetite-Au-Ag is looking very positive!

Sainte Sabine: In July, 2010, GWR signed an option agreement to acquire 100% interest in the Sainte Sabine project, a high-potential gold property located within the Bellechasse Mineral Belt in southeastern Quebec. Sainte Sabine is both a gold and gold-polymetallic (Au-Ag-Zn-Cu) property and is located approximately 100 km southeast of Quebec City, within the Beauce region. The property lies immediately along and across strike of several known zones currently being tested by Golden Hope Mines on their Bellechasse Project. GWR's new airborne geophysical surveys and soil geochemical data show exciting new trends here, and have been synthesized with a large amount of historical data in a modern GIS. Targets were selected and 11 holes were completed in December 2011. Core logging, processing and assaying will be conducted early in 2012.

GWR looks forward to announcing positive results at both projects!

FLASH NEWS UPDATE
as of April 10, 2012

Spring break-up currently, drilling suspended, allowing time for re-logging of selected cores, receipt of assays (see Apr 10 News Release). Strong interest developing in large magnetic anomaly on new ground (skarn and porphyry potential). New ground magnetic survey in progress, prelim results and more info in new Presentation (link below), new Maps on "Maps Page".

Kamloops annual KEG conference April 2-4 another success, core displays and formal presentation attracted much interest, Major Co.'s interested!
